TAU Unbound - Episode #17: Why inclusive organizations do better?

In our 17th Episode, host Ido Aharoni Aronoff, engages in a discussion about the importance of inclusion and diversity in the performance of complex organizations such as academic institutions. In the studio we host two leaders of Tel Aviv University: One, Prof. Milette Shamir, Vice President of Tel Aviv University, in charge of international academic collaboration whose academic expertise is in English and American Studies, focusing on U.S. literature and culture in the nineteenth century. Prof. Neta Ziv, is the Vice President for Equity, Diversity and Community at Tel Aviv University and the academic director of The Carasso Social Housing Research and Development Program (Hagar).
